HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Your lawn’s growing season is dependent upon weather and soil temperatures, but generally speaking our program begins in March/April and ends in November/December. Our 5-Step Program doesn’t just address the nitrogen needs of your lawn like many programs, but instead we take a complete look at your lawn by improving the actual soil conditions of your lawn for long term sustainability. WHEN CAN I BEGIN?
If you have been doing your own fertilizing you already understand that getting a thick, green lawn is a process. One application of fertilizer and lawn treatment to spray weeds will not solve long term problems. With our program you can sign up at any point during the season, but this service is designed to work as an ongoing program. Our program is formulated not only to green up the lawn but also provide the micronutrients needed to improve the soil and promote root growth.

EARLY SPRING APPLICATION #1
Applies a complete slow release fertilizer formulated to help your lawn recover from winter stress and prepare for the summer ahead. Long lasting pre-emergent weed/crabgrass control is applied that adapts to the changing weather conditions we see here in Nebraska . Optional: Core Aeration, Liquid Aeration, Overseeding
SPRING APPLICATION #2
Applies a biological magnifier and weed control, formulated to increase rooting potential (mass and depth) and decrease stress pressure caused by heat and drought with the additional broadleaf weed control. This formula is focused on increasing microbial activity in the soil to help oxygenate the soil for growth and development. Optional: Disease Control, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control
EARLY SUMMER APPLICATION #3
Applies a slow release fertilizer, formulated to stabilize growth of the lawn while controlling grubs. Post-emergent weed control is included as needed. Optional: Disease Control, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control
SUMMER APPLICATION #4
Applies a complete fertilizer, formulated to help your turf continue to withstand the summer heat. This formula is focused on micronutrient deficiencies that maybe present. This soil building application is very critical in producing a thick healthy lawn by stimulating the roots and the soil activity necessary to significantly deepen the topsoil layer under the lawn, which will have a profound impact on plant health, soil fertility and water holding capacity. Optional: Overseeding, Core Aeration, Lawn Renovation, Disease Control, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control
FALL APPLICATION #5
Applies a winter fertilizer, formulated to help the plant prepare for the winter and the following spring. This application is extremely important for root development. In addition, fall is the best time for most weed control, especially dandelions. Optional: Overseeding, Core Aeration, Lawn Renovation, Flea & Tick Control, Mosquito Control
